The short version

We're not interested in your data, and we don't sell it, rent it, or trade it to anyone. We collect the minimum needed to take your order, get it shipped to you, and — if you ask us to — let you know when something you want is back in stock. That's it.

Who we are

Pavilion Supply Co ("we", "us", "our") operates pavilionsupply.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions, email pavilionsupplyco@outlook.com.

What we collect, and why

Orders & checkout — name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. Used to process, pack, ship, and support your order. We never see or store your full card details — payment is handled directly by Stripe.

Waitlist— your email address, if you ask to be notified when a sold-out or upcoming product becomes available. Used only to send that notification. We don't currently run a general marketing mailing list — if that changes, this policy will be updated and you'll be asked to opt in separately.

Your bag— what's in your shopping bag is stored in your browser, not on our servers, and we don't see it until you check out.

Website use— basic technical logs from our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type), kept only as long as needed to keep the site secure. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics that profiles you.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with the services that help us run the shop — never for marketing or advertising, and never sold on:

  • Stripe — processes payment; handles your card details directly, we never see them.
  • Parcel2Go, and the courier they book on our behalf (Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, etc.) — needs your delivery address and contact details to get your order to you.
  • Resend — sends order and waitlist emails on our behalf.
  • Vercel — hosts the website.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where your data is processed there, it's covered by legally recognised safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law (generally 6 years), then deleted. Waitlist entries are kept until the notification is sent or you ask us to remove you, whichever is first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

  • show you what personal data we hold about you
  • correct it, if it's wrong
  • delete it, subject to what we're legally required to keep (e.g. tax records)
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • give you a copy in a portable format

To do any of this, email pavilionsupplyco@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children

Our products are sold to adults. Where a young person's size or item is purchased, we assume the order is placed by a parent or guardian on their behalf. We don't knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if what we do changes, and update the date at the top. If we start a general mailing list, or otherwise change how we use your data in a material way, we'll tell you directly wherever we have your email.
