Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These are the terms on which Pavilion Supply Co ("we", "us", "our") sells products through pavilionsupply.co.uk ("the site"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms — please read them, along with our Privacy Policy, before ordering.
2. Products
We sell skateboard decks, hardware, and apparel. We've tried to describe and photograph everything accurately, but slight variation in colour, grain, and finish is normal, especially for natural materials like maple. Products are subject to availability — items marked "coming soon" or waitlisted aren't yet available to buy.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your card details. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before taking payment or proceeding, and you're free to cancel.
4. Orders & the contract between us
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email — not before. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud), in which case you'll receive a full refund.
5. Shipping & delivery
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, North America, and Australia/New Zealand — see checkout for the full country list. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and what's in your bag.
Delivery timescales shown at checkout are courier estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier network we're not responsible for their delays, though we'll help however we can if something goes wrong. Risk in the products passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided.
6. Your right to cancel (UK & EU customers)
If you're a consumer ordering from the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order and get a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"), under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, email pavilionsupplyco@outlook.com. You'll need to return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. We'll refund you (including standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or evidence you've sent them.
This doesn't affect your separate right to return faulty or misdescribed goods — see section 7.
7. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on how long you've had it. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
8. Skateboarding is a dangerous activity — please read this
Skateboarding, and the use of skateboards, decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, and related hardware, carries an inherent risk of serious injury or death, even when products are used correctly and as intended. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Please:
- only use our products for their intended purpose, and inspect them before each use — loose hardware, worn bearings, and cracked decks are common causes of accidents
- wear protective equipment (helmet, pads) suited to what you're doing
- ride within your own ability, and take extra care when trying something new
- keep hardware (bolts, tools) away from young children — they are not toys
Look after yourself, and the people around you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for injury, death, or loss arising from misuse of our products, use for anything other than their intended purpose, failure to use appropriate safety equipment, or the ordinary, inherent risks of skateboarding — including injury to third parties arising from your use of our products.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
9. General limitation of liability
Other than as set out above, to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of profit or data) arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Intellectual property
The Pavilion Supply Co name, logo, and all site content (text, images, design) belong to us or our licensors. You can't use them without our permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country under local mandatory consumer protection laws.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time — the version in force is the one shown on the site at the time you place your order.
